RETURNS & REFUND POLICY  

Due to the consumable nature of our health and wellness products, Nutra Nourished does not accept returns or exchanges on opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
